The eight Nordic Biogas Conference (NBC) will be held October 3rd–6th, 2022 in Linköping, Sweden.

Biogas solutions according to the Nordic model can solve many of humanity’s grand challenges, but that capacity is largely unknown. In this conference you will hear more about the ability of biogas solutions to address pressing issues like climate change, air pollution, waste, soil fertility clean water, local and regional development, food and energy security, the transition to a circular and biobased economy and as well as a fossil-free transport and industry.

Target group: Stakeholders (users and decision makers) from both municipal and private sector, technology providers, energy companies, consultants, R&D / universities.

The whole value chain of biogas and fertilizer will be represented.

The conference includes plenary presentations, parallel sessions, a poster session and an indoor exhibition. NBC provides the opportunity to meet the decision-makers in the biogas industry, exchange best practice-information on production, distribution and utilisation of biogas and even bio-fertilizer in the Nordic countries, enhance cooperation and establish new business relationships.

Researchers of different disciplinary backgrounds will also be there, of course together with the core actors of the biogas solutions sector itself.
