To be part of the exhibition at the Nordic Biogas Conference 2024, you have to become a sponsor.
The exhibition will be at a central area of the conference venue with high exposure to all the participants. Note that we have a limited number of exhibition stands. Depending on the level of sponsorship your exhibition stand will include the below:
Stand for a gold sponsor:
- 5 x 3 m
- 1 Table, 120 x 70 cm
- 4 chairs
- Electricity: 230 V, 10 A (max. 2000 W)
- Back and side walls
Stand for a silver sponsor:
- 3 x 2 m
- 1 Stand-up table
- 1 Bar stool
- Electricity: 230 V, 10 A (max. 2000 W)
- Back and side walls
Detailed information about the exhibition incl. rules and regulations and an ordering list for the exhibition stand will be sent out after registration.
Build-up of the exhibition spaces is planned for Monday 21st of October 12.00-20.00, and Tuesday 22nd of October at 06.00 – 08.00 Dismantling will take place during the last day of congress, Wednesday 23rd of October 15.00-18.00.
