Payment
Payment must be made in advance, by credit card, bank transfer or EAN (only Danish public companies). Payment by Bank transfer is possible until October 1, 2024 then only credit card and EAN are acceptable. All Payments to be made in DKK. Please note that the euro price is only an indication due to exchange rates.

For those with hotel reservation:
The hotel rate is per room per night inclusive of breakfast, VAT, and services. The invoice for your stay should be settled directly with the hotel on arrival.

Terms of cancellation – Conference:
Cancellations will be accepted until the September 1, 2024 against an administration fee of DKK 750 (approx. EUR 100). After September 1, 2024 cancellations cannot be accepted, but substitutes (a colleague) will be accepted at any time provided that Aalborg Convention Bureau (trine@aalborgcvb.dk) is informed of the change and that the substitute participant has not been previously registered.
Terms of cancellation – Hotel:
The reservation agreements can be cancelled free of charge up until 60 days before the first scheduled arrival date. Hereafter, a maximum of 50% of a single hotel arrangement can be cancelled according to the following rules:
• Up to 50% of the booking can be cancelled free of charge 60 days to 40 days prior to arrival
• Up to 25% of the original booking can be cancelled free of charge 39 days to 20 days prior to arrival
• Up to 10% of the original booking can be cancelled free of charge 19 days to 10 days prior to arrival
• Up to 5% of the original booking can be cancelled free of charge 9 days to 5 days prior to arrival
In the cases of cancellation later than 5 days before arrival, no-shows, late arrival and early departure, the hotel is entitled to full payment for the reserved hotel arrangement.
