REGISTRATION

We have pre-booked hotels for the conference guests at a special price.

You can make the booking when you register for the conference or email kristjana@atconferences.is if you have already registered.

INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION FEES:

Included in registration fee: Access to all sessions, refreshments during coffee breaks and lunch

Other social programs, study tour, conference dinner, tour activities, and accommodation are optional and can be booked through the conference registration.

Full payment is due upon registration using a VISA or MasterCard credit card. Online payments are guaranteed through a secure payment site.

Payments & cancellations:

Full registration payment is required by credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards are Visa & Mastercard. On-line payments are guaranteed through a secure payment site.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to  kristjana@atconferences.is

Cancellations before 2 June 2026 will receive a full refund, less ISK 12.000 administration fee. No refunds are available for cancellations received after 2 June 2026, but changes can be made at any time. The conference organizers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance.

Accommodation will be refunded if cancelled 4 weeks before the arrival date.

Neither the conference organizers nor Athygli Conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss arising from exchange rate fluctuations.

Service fee for all changes is ISK 5.500,-
