An immersive study tour
Included: Bus, guidance, lunch and a tickets to see ON Geothermal Exhibiton and the Lava show.

This technical tour offers an exciting look at how technology and nature work together in Iceland. The journey begins at the GAJA Factory, the largest biogas factory in Iceland.
The tour then moves on to the ON Geothermal Exhibition, showcasing how geothermal energy is used to produce clean and reliable power for the country.
The experience ends with the Lava Show at Grandi, where they use methane gas from GAJA, produced from food scrapes to melt real lava. It’s a memorable and hands-on
way to understand Iceland’s volcanic activity.

The Golden Circle tour takes you on a spectacular day trip to see the magnificent Geysir geothermal area in the south-west of Iceland and the mighty Gullfoss waterfall, the queen of Icelandic waterfalls. Experience the bubbling mud pools and hissing steam vents at Geysir and, of course, Strokkur geyser, the most active geyser in Iceland, as well as the massive Gullfoss, in this classic Icelandic day trip. On the way, the tour stops at Thingvellir National Park, an area rich in history and geological wonders.
Located in a rift valley, Thingvellir sits atop the plate boundary that runs through Iceland, created by the immense power of the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates.
